At Rhinokey®, we stand by the durability and precision of our hardware; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and include all modular components to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your Rhinokey® device and accessories in the original box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the package.
Ship to Service Center
Send your package using a trackable shipping service to our designated inspection facility; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition and electronic integrity, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
